Born in Havana, Cuba. In 1991 Daniella’s started her studies in the Alejo Carpentier elementary ballet school, going on to continue them in Havana’s National Ballet School under the tutelage of Ramona de Saa. At the age of 15, she began participating in contests and international festivals.
In 2010, she joined the Laura Alonso company where, under the tutelage of Fernando Alsonso, she began her professional career dancing some of the main ballets from the classical repertoire. In 2013, she was promoted to Soloist category and began interpreting the main roles of ballets such as Paquita, Don Quijote, The Sleeping Beauty and The Corsair, among others.
In 2015, she started out on a new course joining the Ballet Revolución, interpreting all its classical and contemporary pieces and touring with them across Europe, Australia and New Zealand. In May 2017, she was invited by Les Ballets de France to dance a season of galas in Spain, dancing the steps of The Corsair and The Flames of Paris.
In September 2017 he joined the cast of the Compañía Nacional de Danza, under the artistic direction of José Carlos Martínez, where he remains under the direction of Muriel Romero. With the CND he has danced The Nutcracker by José Carlos Martínez, Concerto DSCH by Alexei Ratmansky, Giselle by Joaquín De Luz, Heatscape by Justin Peck and La Sylphide (Effie) or Napoli Divertissement by August Bournonville.
