She was born in Madrid in 1981. At the age of four, she began dancing at a private school, and at the age of nine, she entered the Mariemma Professional Dance Conservatory, graduating in classical dance in 1999. In October of the same year, she joined the cast of the Compañía Nacional de Danza 2 (National Dance Company 2), under the direction of Nacho Duato and Tony Fabre, performing choreographies by Nacho Duato, Tony Fabre, Patrick de Bana, Nicolo Fonte, and Yoko Taira.

She remained in CND2 until 2001, the year she was promoted to the Compañía Nacional de Danza, directed by Nacho Duato, as part of the corps de ballet. There, she performed soloist roles in choreographies by Nacho Duato, Jiří Kylián, William Forsythe, Ohad Naharin, Alexander Ekman, and Johan Inger, among others. In March 2011, she was promoted to principal dancer under the direction of Hervé Palito, and remained with the company until August 2013, dancing leading roles such as Juliet in *Julieta* by Goyo Montero.

In January 2014, she joined the María de Ávila Higher Conservatory of Dance in Madrid as a specialist teacher, under the direction of Virginia Valero, teaching classical dance technique and interpretation workshops to students in both the Choreography and Performance, and Pedagogy specializations. In February 2016, she was appointed as an interim civil servant in the Classical Dance specialty until September 2024, when she secured a permanent position as a Full Professor of Classical Dance at the Ángel Pericet Higher Conservatory of Dance in Málaga.

In May 2025, she rejoined the Compañía Nacional de Danza as a soloist dancer.
